With simple daily prompts and purposeful routines, this journal helps you build small, consistent habits that create real change in the brain. I created it because survivors deserve a guide that feels empowering, practical and hopeful.
YOUR COACH
Luke is a brain injury survivor and Certified Brain Coach who specializes in helping others navigate brain injury recovery. After overcoming a severe traumatic brain injury himself, he transformed his pain into purpose and now guides survivors and caregivers to do the same. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Brain Injury Association of South Carolina and volunteers as a Peer Support Mentor in inpatient rehab.
Through his coaching business, LukeSpeaks, he combines personal experience, proven brain-based tools and an energetic, down-to-earth style to make healing feel possible and empowering. His sessions are honest, supportive and even a bit fun, reminding clients that while recovery is challenging, it doesn’t have to be joyless.
